Damaged or faulty orders

Unfortunately, there will be times when situations which are out of control have caused your order to be damaged during transit. To avoid any heartbreak or stress for our clients we all we ask is that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods along with images and we will replace these items or offer a full refund at your request.

Further to the above if you receive your items and believe them to be deemed faulty or the print is of poor quality then you must inform us within 7 days.

Receiving your refund

In the unlikely event a refund is required then we will ensure this is completely and returned to the client within 7 working days of the request.

Exceptions

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.

To avoid quality issues on products we offer a request sample service to avoid any dissatisfaction on receipt of the bulk order, most samples our free but on occasion there maybe a small fee which is unavoidable if this is the case, we will refund the sample charge should you proceed with a bulk order.

Due to food hygiene laws we unable to refund on plain stock orders for any food or drinkware and again we would advise to take advantage of our sample service before making these purchases.
