The Moleskine Smart Planner PRO works with the Moleskine Smart Pen and Notes App to sync handwritten appointments to your favourite digital calendar. Its structured page layout shows each week’s appointments at a glance across a two-page spread, with space after each week for project planning, notes and tasks. Track your workload with pages dedicated to annual goals, monthly activities and weekly projects. Dated from January to December 2025. Features monthly and weekly projects and tasks, hourly breakdown of each day, special paper designed to work with the Moleskine Smart Pen, ivory-coloured 100 g/m² acid-free paper, an expandable inner pocket, elastic closure, and an "In case of loss" notice. PP Plastic, FSC certified paper.

Delivery

All shipping times rely on print proof approval. The average delivery time for standard packages is 7 – 10 working days but we aim to better this if possible.

Delivery costs are based on the volume and weight of the packages. If you would like to see a more accurate display of the shipping prices, your quotation will include all delivery costs.

The below prices are only as a guide and can change depending on handling costs and supplier location.

Artwork Information

Different products have different print processes. The type of artwork you supply depends on the printing process. Please refer to the below guide to help you supply the correct artwork type.

Vector files: .eps , .pdf, .ai

Vector files are suitable for all types of print. Most print processes and products don’t allow for the reproduction of solid colour tints. Any tinted areas of your artwork will need to be converted to a solid colour.

Raster(pixel) files: .png , .jpg, .tiff

These formats are only suitable for full colour, process and transfer print. It cannot be used for screen printing, engraving or debossing.

I don't have a vector format…

Our design team can convert your artwork to a vector format. Your artwork will need to be in a high-resolution format.

Possible extra costs

Please note that some of the products available will have a set-up cost. This could be per-colour and may vary from £10 - £75 depending on the items.

Invoice

30-day invoice – This is only offered after a satisfactory credit check and account history. Public sector customers will need an official purchase order or director’s approval.

Bank Transfer

Details of payment and account details will be on your invoice after your order is confirmed.

Cheque

Please make cheques payable to Big Bear Promo.
